Brewery, Tasting Room, Performance Space

This adaptive re-use project centers around a historic structure in Ybor City. The main two story volume will become a downstairs tasting room, while upstairs will be an intimate performance space. The one story adjacent structure will serve as the brewing space for this new craft brewing company. The addition of the required exit stair and elevator creates an opportunity for a contemporary infill structure, while remaining sensitive to the history of the surroundings.
